If a patient does not arrive for their scheduled appointment or cancels within 2 hours of their appointment time, a DNA fee of $50.00 is payable.
The above private billing fees apply to face-to-face appointments and all telehealth appointments (video or phone consultations).

We will continue to provide bulk-billed services for Covid vaccinations and childhood immunisations listed on the National Immunisation Program, DVA Gold Card Holders, and White Card holders for accepted conditions.
Some doctors may provide bulk billed consults to children under 12 years old.
Transfer of medical records will incur a fee as per the AMA suggestions –
“Doctors should be entitled to recover from the patient or from any other legally authorised person or authority requesting the information, the reasonable cost of providing access to the information contained in a medical record.
