Private fees apply for all in-clinic and telehealth appointments (video and phone consultations).
While reception is able to estimate fees for planned services at the time of booking, the final amount payable will depend on the length and complexity of your appointment.
Fees for all appointments and services are payable after each consult.
Late Cancellation / Non-Attendance Policy
The practice takes pride in delivering high-quality healthcare, which is why your appointment time is booked and held especially for you.
If you need to make a cancellation, please contact us at least two hours before your appointment time. This will allow us to offer your appointment to other patients on our waiting list.
Patients who fail to attend a confirmed appointment without adequate notice will incur a $50 non-attendance fee. This fee does not attract a Medicare rebate, is non-transferable and non-refundable.
No further appointments will be made until the non-attendance fee has been paid.
Repeated non-attendance may result in the inability to book further appointments.

Employment related medicals incur a fully out of pocket cost.
Consultations for persons not covered by Medicare incur a fully out of pocket cost.
The following services are bulk-billed for eligible persons: Chronic Disease Care Plans, Health Assessments, COVID vaccinations and childhood immunisations listed on the National Immunisation Program.
Children under 12 are bulk-billed for eligible services.
Bulk-billing is available for eligible persons who hold a DVA Gold Card or DVA White Card for accepted conditions.
Please be aware that surcharges apply for payments made via HotDoc and Tyro terminals.
Cash payments are also accepted.
Transfer of medical records will incur a fee as per the AMA suggestions –
“Doctors should be entitled to recover from the patient or from any other legally authorised person or authority requesting the information, the reasonable cost of providing access to the information contained in a medical record.

If you require urgent medical attention, please dial 000 (Zero) for assistance and ask for Ambulance.
If you are having any of the following, inform the receptionists without delay either in person or when phoning or presenting to the clinic:

- Difficulty Breathing
- Bleeding
- Convulsions
