Welcome to Brookside Family Clinic

Brookside Family Clinic offers patients state of the art equipment and medical staff with complete and extensive training and experience within a comfortable, quiet and private environment. We welcome new patients and we can accommodate walk in patients where possible. We proudly hold current accreditation status in line with RACGP 5th edition standards.

Brookside Family Clinic is located through the Terry White Chemmart & across from The Coffee Club in Brookside Shopping Centre. Sheltered parking is available for patients underneath the shopping centre. Directly outside the clinic there is additional parking, disabled parking, a taxi rank and a drop off / pick up zone.

Our Billing Policy

We’ve had a few questions about bulk billing following recent government announcements

Brookside Family Clinic will continue to be a private billing clinic post November 2025. Unfortunately, the Medicare rebate is not enough to cover the true cost of providing safe, high-quality care in the past 10 years. As a small private business, we are not able to absorb the cost like Government- Funded Urgent Care Clinics can.

Private billing allows us to spend more time with patients, retain skilled staff, and maintain excellent facilities.

Our Practice is currently providing the Pfizer Vaccination. Please speak to our reception staff about booking your appointment.
  • Please note if you are suffering from any respiratory or flu-like symptom (including cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, fever or fatigue, or have been in contact with someone who might have Covid-19, please contact the clinic on the phone number on our site. One of our friendly receptionists will advise you of the screening process before booking  your appointment.

 

  • Due to the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Pandemic, all patients attending our clinic are required to be screened when booking appointments. If booking online, please answer screening questions honestly
