Brookside Family Clinic is located through the Terry White Chemmart & across from The Coffee Club in Brookside Shopping Centre. Undercover parking is available for patients underneath the Shopping Centre. Directly outside the clinic there is additional parking, disabled parking, taxi rank and a drop off pick up zone.

If you are having any of the following, inform the receptionists without delay either in person or when phoning or presenting to the clinic:

- Difficulty Breathing
