Brookside Family Clinic is located through the Terry White Chemists & across from The Coffee Club in Brookside Shopping Centre. Undercover parking is available for patients underneath the Shopping Centre.  Directly outside the clinic there is additional parking, disabled parking, taxi rank and a drop off pick up zone.

We take complaints seriously, and endeavour to respond to your query or situation promptly, professionally and in a courteous manner.  If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care or our service please speak with our Practice Manager or your Doctor.
